TRACING ACETATE |
| For tracing of x-rays, acetate is positioned onto the x-rays, with two tabs of tape on the top edge. The dull side of the acetate faces the operator. Backlighting is provided by the portable viewbox. Transportation of x-rays, acetate, light, etc. is convenient in the case housing the viewbox. Light runs on 110 volts with very little amperage. The tracing template and protractor (catalog#016-003) combination is all the operator needs to complete quality tracings. Draw straight lines, measure angles, measure millimeter lengths, drop parallels with the parallel lines in the center of the template, and trace incisors and molars with the cutouts. |

| These mounts allow three face photos on the top edge, three intraorals on the lower edge, and two occlusal photos on each side of the middle. Press the photos to the contact adhesive backing after cutting the print down to size with scissors. The occlusal photographs are glued to the front surface of the mounts. Press on the back cover sheet and enclose in protective clear plastic. Keep your negatives separate in the chart, and use this set for insurance and office use. |

| These retractors serve to retract the lips and cheeks for the important mandibular and maxillary occlusal photographs. The small "fork" is for children, while the larger fork is designed for adolescent and adult patients. Insert the retractor on the arch to be photographed, and have the patient hold the retractor as a mirror is inserted. Take the photograph in the mirror. This plastic is autoclavable up to 270 degrees. |

| This set of retractors is preferred for intraoral photography over connected cheek retractors or less anatomic retractors. Good visual access should be available for accurate lateral photographs taken directly without a mirror. These retractors are superior for this purpose.
