If you have purchased from Progressive Dental Supply before, then you should have an account. For IPSoft users, your username is the email you have on file for your IPSoft account, and your default password is your IPSoft password. If you do not have IPSoft, please call or email Progressive Dental Supply and we will assign you a username and password.
What if I forget my email address in your files?
Please email or call Progressive Dental Supply and we will give you the correct information.
What if I would like to change my email address?
Please email or call Progressive Dental Supply and we will make the change for you.
What is my password?
If you have your email address on file, you can request a new password on the login page. Simply enter your email address, and an email will be sent to this address with a temporary password. Then, log in to your account and change your password.
How do I set up an account if I do not already have one?
On the login page, please select the link to "I am a NEW customer." Then, fill out the form and submit it to Progressive. We will then create an account for you (usually the next business day) and email you your account information. We have established this process to protect your security and the security of your account, and apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
How soon can I expect to receive my product?
Your product will leave our office within 1 business day of ordering, and will be in your practice within 7 days from ordering. Based upon your proximity and the speed of the shipping company, you may receive the item sooner; however, this time is not guaranteed, so please allow the full 7 day period. If you need your product faster than 7 days, please select another shipping option with guaranteed shipping times.
How and when will I be charged for my purchase?
Your account will be charged within 1 business day of your purchase, prior to the shipment being sent. The charging method is specific to each account, but typically the credit card on file will be charged. Check with Lisa/ Monica before completing your order if you have questions regarding this.
Can I have multiple orders shipped together?
On this site, you can build your order so that all orders are shipped at the same time. If you placed two separate orders, feel free to contact us and, if possible, we will meet your request.
Can I track my shipment?
Depending on the shipping company and method, a tracking number will be generated.
